The governance structure of MCT involves a Board of Trustees, comprised of representatives from six tribal authorities. The chairperson of the Board of Trustees concurrently serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors at MCT Co. Presently, Jackson Nyalungu leads the Board, guiding its strategic direction.
